  • OUTBOUND CALL/VM - START CALL WITH OR WHEN LEAVING A MESSAGE STATING - I am calling about RMA #  (insert RMA #) for your (insert product)  - our technicians have completed the testing and inspection of the device.
  • The device was fully inspected by our technicians - 
    • PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE CHARGING: If the device needs to be charged to operate state what has been reported by technician. This will vary and change based on how the device being returned it received. For example: If the technician has reported that the device was received fully discharged upon receipt and was fully charged and then tested. Or if the device has a charge remaining upon receipt was fully discharged and then fully recharged and then tested.
  • Device was tested multiple times at our facility is working correctly.   I would like to walk through these steps with you if you have time. Walk through steps with customer while on the call or offer to do so when the device has been received back to the customer.  Offer to send additional instructions Quick Start Guide/Product Insert or How To Videos that will assist the customer with operating the device correctly.
  • Device has been fully inspected, is working correctly and is being sent back to you.
    • RVLIP care device- Touch sensitive The On/Off button can be tricky and it not pressed in just the right spot (center of the indention) and pressed quickly it will not go on. Lightly touching that area is all that it will take.
    • DIAGNOSTIC CALLS: RVLIP device  We have had customers that we run diagnostics with them on the Lip care device and they say that it does not turn on.  We then create an RMA for them and the device comes back and our technicians get it working right away.  I am trying to avoid you having to send yours in just to have it returned because there is not a defect found.
  • QUICK START GUIDE/PRODUCT INSERTS: INSTRUCTIONS -Email to the customer.
  • Turn around RMA - that is green to complete the RMA process.
