- When making Abandoned Outbound calls - please make sure that you have the ticket open so that you can add notes regarding the call for follow up.
- Call number listed for "abandoned" call
If leaving VM - state the following:

If someone answers the Outbound call - state the following:

This is reVive Light Therapy - we saw that we missed a call from you and as a courtesy wanted to give you a call to see if we can be of assitance. Am I calling at a good time?
If not, ask if there is a better time to call them back....
