Please use this language when explaining the Glō by reVive Light Therapy batteries - when a customer questions that they do not last very long:
The batteries were included as a convenience to get started using the device. We recommend that they replace all three (3) batteries with a prominent brand that are fresh and have a good expiration date.

The Glo device in designed for spot treating areas - small & portable. When treating larger areas we do offer and have designed products that will work well in doing this. Such as our Clinical Handhelds, Sonique devices and Panels. It is a great time to suggest other options to the customer and maybe make a new SALE for you using your VIP CODE!! Suggestive selling 101
Warranty: The Glo device based on the selling price has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase
Note: For customers that received the Glo device in their Spring 2020 Box their warranty will be good until November or December 2020.
You will want to gather the FabFitFun customers Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone # & Email address to be able to register their device on the Product Registration spreadsheet.
