1st change status to ALL so that you see everything.

     Once you have located them in Fishbowl
    • You will want to check the date of purchase and determine if they are still covered under warranty. 
    • Warranty on our devices is either 6 months or 1 year from the date of purchase.

 If not purchased from LED Technologies, Inc., you will need to ask for a Proof of Purchase from the customer.


AGENT:  I am not finding you in our database - I will need for you to send in our Proof of Purchase to register your device.


CUSTOMER: "I purchased from Hammacher Schlummer, Sharper Image etc..."


AGENT: Okay great, to register your device we will need to send us your Proof of Purchase. To do that you can email, fax or go to our webiste. 


NEED CUSTOMER TO SEND IN THE PROOF OF PURCHASE They will send into us via the following avenues

  4. When we receive their Proof of Purchase (POP) we will complete their registration.
