When you get those you can say Script:  "I cannot forward this call but, if you can give me your name and contact information I will be sure to send it over to the appropriate party to follow up."  


This way you get their information, they know that you will not be able to forward the call. You can email information to accounting, Lloyd, marketing or sales and close the ticket.  


Make note on the ticket what you did so if they call back in you can let them know " I do see that your contact information was sent over to the correct department. They will be following up with you if interested."
