Website - Account created - issues logging in and accessing account
Can you have customer service walk him through the steps to access the order history on the website? Begin with asking him if he is accessing the site via desktop or a mobile device. If he claims his screen does not match the instructions below, please ask him to take a screenshot to send to us. Please ask him what browser he is using, if a mobile device – ask which type (iPhone X, Android etc). Instructions to view orders for desktop and mobile are below
(DESKTOP) Go to https://revivelighttherapy.com/
In the top right corner, there is a set of icons and text: Person Icon, Cart / $0.00, Shopping Bag Icon > Click on the Person Icon to login
Enter Login Credentials (left side of form, right side of form is for registration)
Once you click “Log In” the form will disappear. You can now hover your mouse over the Person Icon in the top right corner and a menu should appear.
Selects ORDERS from the menu – you should see the full order history. A “VIEW” button will appear next to each order to allow you to view the order details.
ON A MOBILE DEVICE
Click the Menu button in the top left (3 stacked lines)
First menu option should be “LOGIN” (it appears above the search bar)
If he is already logged in, the first menu item will be “MY ACCOUNT”, click the arrow to the right of MY ACCOUNT to show the following menu where you can select “ORDERS”
Enter Login Credentials
Once you click “LOG IN” you should be redirected to the MY ACCOUNT page
There is a Menu, select “ORDERS” – the screen will refresh but it may not look like it on a smaller screen, you must scroll down to see the order history
