Customers are required to - CONFIRM THEIR EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS - to receive emails from the Marketing Team.


Not all of the customers that have asked to added to the list have Subscribed- oops.

Stefanie will be sending out another email to remind them that they need to SUBSCRIBE.

I have asked her to share the details with us so that we can field the calls and questions.


For the DPLPNLSYSAC - Sign up List to be notified when they are back in stock they need to "Confirm Your Subscription" - see screenshot below that will show you the email that the Marketing Team sends out and they need to complete.

  • When a customer requested to be notified (added to the list) when devices are BACK in STOCK - THEY HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE.
  • If they DO NOT do this then they will NOT be notified when the DPLPLNSYSAC -dpl®IIa Panels are Back in Stock.
  • This may go into their "Junk" email - make sure they check there.

Tell them to check their junk folder if they have not received a confirmation email
