Tracey will not be adjusting discounts for Black Friday/Cyber Monday where they were offered 30% to 35%.


Adjustment:

If they placed an order and they forgot or had trouble applying the 30% discount she will help with the adjustment.


No Adjustment:

If someone wants it and has placed their order on our website she will NOT be adjusting the discount to 35%


 

OPTIONS  -Available when customers request a discount larger than 30% that is being offered (see above) for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

  1. Cancel their order-next steps
    1.  If Order has NOT shipped – Un-issue it- to STOP the shipment
    2. Send the details over to Tracey to Cancel/Void the order/payment
  2. If the Order HAS shipped – customer does not want it because we could not adjust the discount- next steps
    1. – Customer can refuse the shipment – Order will be returned to LED Technologies, Inc
    2. - if you know that a customer will be refusing an order CREATE a 400 RMA for the warehouse to check it in and follow the 400 RMA process.
  3. Cancel their web order- follows steps in #1 & then next steps
    1.  After canceling order (steps listed above) Customer will place the order directly with CSR who will take their order and give them 35% off their purchase.
